Structure
Structure: The system consists of a ZJ(Q) type Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and a JZJ(Q)W type oil-free vertical reciprocating vacuum pump as the fore pump. This pumping system represents a trend in the vacuum industry in the new century, aimed at environmental protection, high efficiency, and recyclability.
Advantages and Features
- Capable of achieving coarse and medium vacuum above 150 Pa, with minimal drop in pumping speed in this range.
- Exhaust outlets can be equipped with tail gas collection devices to collect non-condensable and non-compressible gases such as dicyclopentadiene, benzene, toluene, alcohols, etc., which are difficult to collect due to their low boiling points.
- Features energy-saving, low noise, and low maintenance rate.
